Our Philosophy

The word philosophy is defined in the dictionary with expressions that include a system of beliefs, authority, knowledge and ethics.

At Australian Independent Roasters (AIR) we believe in good ethics, knowledge of product and leadership required in the pursuit of producing consistently good quality coffee.

At AIR, we hold our company’s integrity in high regard in terms of the service and products we offer. As a result we have invested heavily in state of the art roasting, monitoring and packing equipment, instilling high levels of quality control and are dedicated to sourcing some of the best coffees that are on offer.

This strive for excellence is integrated along side the traditional artisan roasting and preparation of coffee, backed by a team with over 50 years hands on experience in the industry and a hand picked staff recognised by their individual skills in the field.

All of this allows us to have the unique capability of producing consistently good quality coffee that we are honoured to put our name on.

When it comes down to it, we like to sit back and have chat over a good cup of coffee.
