At AIR we roast and deliver weekly to ensure you get the freshest product possible for your customers. By providing you with a roast date we allow you, the customer, to choose when you want to use your coffee; straight off the roaster or rested for a few days.
We’re proud of our product and our quality control system and we’re happy to share this information with you.

Do you sell fair trade coffee?
At AIR we are very conscious of the path of coffee from crop to cup. Wherever possible AIR ensures the best possible conditions for farmers, their families and the environment that provides our coffee.

AIR does offer Fair Trade coffee upon request, but AIR also participates in direct trade programmes with farmers, as well as Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certified coffees.
