AIR is the first Australian coffee company to achieve ISO 22000 certification

On 2nd September Australian Independent Roasters underwent the final audit as part of our working towards achieving the ISO 22000 certification.

ISO 22000 is a food safety management system implemented with specific procedural and structural control points designed to ensure best practice throughout the business. It is an International standard, recognized globally and is the highest level of certification for food businesses in the world.

As part of the Audit AIR was recognized as having achieved best practice in a number of our quality control and customer relations systems an honour which we take with great pride.

HACCP certification
AIR has been awarded the certification along with recognition of achieving HACCP certification that puts our roasting and packing facility at the forefront of quality and integrity internationally.

 
 

QUARTERLY NEWS

AIR Joins Cup of Excellence for 2011

Australian Independent Roasters is very excited to announce that we have renewed our membership of the Cup of Excellence coffee programme for 2011.

The Cup of Excellence is a strict coffee competition that selects the very best coffee produced in that country for that particular year based on the quality in the cup.
